The fourth course in the Team Mission, Vision, & Goals series explains how to create an action plan with individual objectives for each person on the team. It also provides an overview of the different types of basic tracking systems and metrics that can help with assessing progress toward goal achievement. This course then reviews the importance of communication to the successful completion of goals. The Exercise Guide found in the Course Materials section provides an opportunity to apply the course material in the workplace.
